What Is Austin Whitten’s Experience?

Austin grew up in Florence, AL. He attended college at the University of Alabama on a Presidential scholarship, where he graduated magna cum laude with honors. Austin then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama. While in law school, Austin practiced law in the school’s Civil Law Clinic and won his first jury trial as a third-year student. 

‍Austin began working as a law clerk for Pittman, Dutton, Hellums, Bradley, and Mann in 2013, and was made an attorney with the firm upon being admitted to practice law in 2015.

• Recovered $700,000 for his client in an insurer bad faith case after the insurance company failed to pay benefits on an occupational accident insurance policy.
