Da Vinci Surgical Robot Lawsuit
Pittman Dutton & Hellums, P.C. is investigating potential surgical robot lawsuits and claims on behalf of folks who were injured following surgery in which the da Vinci surgical robot was used. Hospitals invested nearly $1 million dollars in the device and began advertising and using it for hysterectomies, prostate surgeries, gastric bypasses, thyroid surgeries, bladder surgeries, and other abdominal procedures.
There have been many lawsuits filed and claims made alleging:
- Tears and/or burns of the intestines
