Booth was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He attended college at Washington and Lee University and graduated with a B.A. in European History in 2003. Upon graduation, he returned to New Orleans and entered Loyola University School of Law and obtained his J.D. Degree in 2006. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Alabama in 2006, and the State of Louisiana in 2008. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Alabama and the Middle District of Louisiana. Booth is admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal Claims Court where he handles vaccine-related injury cases.
Booth is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Louisiana State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section of the Birmingham Bar Association.

Booth’s primary practice is in the areas of litigation involving products liability, mass torts, insurance fraud, bad faith, identity theft, business torts and general personal injury matters.
Booth is married to the former Mary Forman of Birmingham, Alabama.
