On November 7, 2008 ETHEX Corporation initiated a voluntary recall of five generic products that were shipped prior to May 22, 2008. The recall has been announced because the products may contain oversized tablets, which could result in double the intended dosage. Side effects of overdose of some of these products could be grave and even fatal. ETHEX Corporation originally recalled a narrow group of products in June of 2008 but has since expanded that recall to include the November 7, 2008 announcement.
