Booth was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He attended college at Washington and Lee University and graduated with a B.A. in European History in 2003. Upon graduation, he returned to New Orleans and entered Loyola University School of Law and obtained his J.D. Degree in 2006. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Alabama in 2006, and the State of Louisiana in 2008. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Booth is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section of the Birmingham Bar Association. Booth is married to the former Mary Forman of Birmingham, Alabama.
